Staff were very welcoming and attentive.
Room was pleasant and clean. Short taxi driver to the cruise terminal or Southampton Central.
Fab little "off the shelf" section for any treats / drinks or travel items you may want. Breakfast had a varied continental/ hot selection.

Location - close to the cruise port. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check-in at the time we indicated that we would arrive. Appreciated the kitchenette and proximity to a grocery store.

Loved the small space with modern comfort of comfortable bed, large tv, heating and modern shower. Sofa bed available. Swimming pool in garden with patio seating for breakfast if weather good. Lovely secret gem.
Although access from pub car park there was no noise from the parking. Main road noise is as expected.
Microwave and kettle good. Take something to be able to wash and dry crockery. Basin only small round in toilet area.

We were using it as a location midway between places we were visiting. Expensive to eat in the steakhouse although it smelled good! Situated on a main road but the rooms were at the back of the property so quiet.

The check in message o got was not worki g so i could put my car reg in. Pre.check in. Then they changed it to another link..straight away! Not able to do pre book & reg?! The staff were smilie & fabalous:) Great location.
The disable ramp to get to room was rubbish ! It stilll had a 2” lip that was so hard to get up. Through to the door as well as the begining of the ramp! 2” no smooth ramp! Not good enough!
Also the t.v controller never worked. Staff sorted it! Great!:)
Walls are thin ..woken up as well at 7! With people coming in2work! & No cooked breakfast! ??
Reception was fast and efficient. My room was easy to find and was spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable and the shower easy to use. The hospitality tray was generously stocked. The Smart television had radio channels but a separate Roberts radio was also supplied in the room. Breakfast was superb with the full English cooked to perfection and very filling. Altogether a lovely hotel with friendly and efficient staff.
The room I stayed in was perfectly acceptable and exceptional value for money. The attached pub food was really good fayre and the continental breakfast was also good. In terms of location, it's easy to get to from Southampton and is in close proximity to other good places for food if you wish to wander. For those that like a walk, the hotel is 2 minutes away from a lovely path taking you alongside the Hamble.
The room was very clean and modern. There was plenty of tea, coffee and milks in the room which was great as most hotels give the bare minimum. The biscuits and water was also greatly appreciated. Continental Breakfast great and again excellent choice. The pastry was delicious. We also had an evening meal which was excellent and clearly freshly made. Would definitely stay here again.
Digital TV
Hot beverage facilities
You could tale drinks from the bar to the room
Comfortable bed
Excellent value for money. We paid £89 for a family room including continental breakfast which was fantastic. We compared to other hotels and yours was extremely appealing.
We also had a fantastic steak meal and enjoyed every bit and the service was fantastic
The hotel is beautifully presented and all the appliances are top notch.
I loved the decor, it was sympathetic to the area but it was modern and stylish.
The shower was powerful and clean. A little snug. The toiletries smelt divine and there was plenty for everything you needed.
The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in.
This is a lovely quirky accommodation, well equipped, and perfect for a short break. It is small but that adds to its charm. It has outdoor space which you wouldn't get with a normal hotel/B&B room. Will definitely stay again. Selda was also very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming.
