-When the fire alarm went off at 1 am, a staff came upstair to wake everybody up, explain the situation, and apologized right away when it was turned out to be a false alarm. After few hours, a letter delivered to the room apologizing for the fire alarm going off falsely, explaining the reason why it was triggered, and offering a free breakfast as a compensation. Thank you to all the staff members who were working that day.
