Haven't recieved my refund yet. I understand they are going through a difficult time but I wasn't aware of this at the time and they shouldn't have accepted bookings if there facilties were closed (the reason why I booked in the first place) please can I received the refund they said they would give.

It was a disaster from the start no lifts working the fire door on our floor had no glass, they only put cardboard to cover it. Went to have a shower in the morning and it was freezing cold . The staff were like zombies
