The place itself is lovely, with a great car park. The room was beautiful; really nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The tea and coffee making facilities in the room were well stocked and the fridge came with milk instead of UHT (whoop!). Nice town with plenty of eating establishments and good range of shops. Parking is at a premium however. We went to Mogal Indian restaurant in "The Rushes" absolutely fabulous so we went back the following evening.

The apartment was awful, dirty, the shower didn’t work, brown across the ceiling, food up the walls and the toilet must have been leaking as urine and water was coming through the toilet when you stood on the floor boards.

Typical student town, with many young people in evidence.

Typical student town, with many young people in evidence. Safe, friendly feel to the town, even in the evening at the weekend. Lots of variety in the restaurants and cafés, good shopping with some very good independent shops, as well as the usual chains.

My son goes to Loughborough college and loves it. To be honest I wouldn't go to Loughborough on holiday but its a nice town. If you like a drink check out Moonface brewery. The market in the town is on twice a week and is nice.

Couple who ran the B and B were friendly and helpful. Stayed one night for graduation, perfect location for university. Everything we needed, comfortable room, good breakfast. Shower room in need of a bit of updating but clean and worked fine. Brilliant value for a family room, which saved us getting 2 rooms in a hotel. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to have a treatment or use the restaurant.

Really lovely place, very handy for the town centre, 10 minutes easy walk from the Great Central Railway. Anyone arriving at Loughborough mainline station might be worth a £6.00 taxi, as quite a walk if laden with luggage. Bed in my room was so comfy breakfast was first class. B&B is next to a Tesco so handy for nipping out to.

The location is perfect if you’re visiting the university. It’s also very close to the town centre and on the city bus route. The facilities were sufficient and everything worked fine. It was clean too. There’s also a restaurant right opposite the house but we didn’t try it out.

The Ramada I found was off centre of Loughborough which was great as it is just five minutes from the town centre. However for me I wanted a location which was walking distance to the Great Central Railway and the hotel ticked all the right boxes for me.
