Holland Hotel, hotel in Llanrhyddlad

Holland Hotel has a shared lounge, restaurant, a bar and water sports facilities in Llanfachraeth.

The evening meal was excellent and the lemon drizzle was absolutely excellent. Good friendly atmosphere in the bar. Just to explain the answer of how we travelled there, we were on motorcycles. The car park is large and we never felt there was any problem with leaving the bikes there.

It is a wonderful place to get away from it all.

It is a wonderful place to get away from it all. The walks along the coastal path are lovely and in June were brimming with wildflowers. The flat is situated opposite a campsite but everyone was very quiet and the flat is accessed through the very pleasant gardens of the Lobster Pot Restaurant. The flat has stone steps leading up to it from the outside, and it was lovely sitting on the steps in the sun, looking over the fields of cows next door. You need a car to access it as it doesn't appear to be anywhere near a bus route, unless you are walking the coastal path and then it would be a great stop off place. To eat, you can bring your own and cook, or there is the restaurant and a cafe over the road (open in the latter end of the week). If you have a vehicle and want to be a little off the beaten track, then this is perfect.

ACTUALLY stayed in Rhydwyn which was good as closer to the sea/coastal path. I dont drive so distance for walking is important Oyster Catcher neat Rhosneigr is great for food and access to beach Church Bay is lovely but sadly the Lobster Pot was closed - have eaten there though and it is excellent. Locals are really friendly
