Julie greeted us at check in and was there every step of the way during our stay; providing help, advice and a friendly face. She is an absolute gem! Our room was beautiful and plenty of space for two. It mixes the original charm with modern amenities. Breakfast was delicious and I had eggs benedict both days. Mia was our server at breakfast and the optional afternoon tea we added and she went above and beyond. She is the GOLD standard of service and friendliness. The mansion itself is a sight to behold and so many interesting nooks to peek into and see the history. I hope we can return again.

We loved everything about our stay at The Hafod and look forward to visiting again soon. The hotel has the most stunning location and views, with the waterfalls at the doorstep. The staff were warm and welcoming and wanted to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The bed linens were crisp and clean with puffy duvets and the huge batht tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. Don't miss Sunday Roast! Everything here is top notch.

Nice property but badly sat out as bedroom facing the...
Nice property but badly sat out as bedroom facing the kitchen door open all day could hear landlord and lady speaking quite loudly. Lounge in the evening used by landlord so didn't like to go in, mentioned we couldn't get a signal on our TV and they said it was bad where they were and they couldn't do anything about it, breakfast nice but had to share with others on the big table not our thing.
