Review provided to me by my mother -> I booked the trip for her.
A beautiful room with a magnificent view of the river. Breakfast was fantastic, good value for money (for a pensioner travelling from New Zealand).
The staff were absolutely amazing, and made every possible effort to make our stay amazing.
My daughter booked the hotel for us, and also ordered champagne and a platter for when we arrived, and it was incredible.
Thank you so much for making what will probably be my last international trip, at age 84, one of the best experiences of my life, and looking after myself and my friend of 65 years, who I hadn't seen for 20 years, feel so comfortable and special.

Liverpool was fabulous. Lovely shops and pubs. Different prices is different pubs with drinks. Would go back again but would be more cautious booking hotel as the one we stayed wasn’t great for the price they charge.

Liverpool is wonderful but very littered and has a lot of homeless people begging - but not hassling. Three day visit is adequate to see what is worth seeing - food offerings are excellent with lots of ethnic variety. We went to Chester for one day - worth the 50 min metrorail journey to visit that city and zoo.

Liverpool is a lovely city, full of a mix of cultures from classic to modern. The architecture is fantastic, and the Docks area has been redeveloped in recent years so it provides information about the city's past as well as being a vibrant area for the present, with museums and a range of restaurants.

This is by far the best city break I have had in UK.
This is by far the best city break I have had in UK. So much to see and do, and everything is conveniently situated rather than being so spread out like London or Manchester. The people are friendly unlike London, and I loved all the culture, the food, the bars, and free entry into the Hot Water Comedy Club on weekdays is a gift...... Fantastic place.
Location was great for city centre and also the Philharmonic Hall which was why we were In Liverpool. Hotel was secure, comfortable and clean. Staff were really friendly and even took us up to our room on arrival. Tea making facilities were plentiful and good quality.
The car park recommended by the hotel was a few 100 yards down the road and really cheap compared to some others in the area.
The location of this property is brilliant, it is literally a few minutes walk from the docks and you have some if best restaurants in Liverpool within a few hundred yard walk. I initially had a hotel booked which I changed to an apartment at the last minute, I’m so glad I done so.
Great location right next to the docks and Liverpool One, the parking right outside the hotel is useful too and very cheap compared to the rest of the city. Staff were friendly and the bar and communal areas were surprisingly nice.
