Great value for money for the facilities you get, spotlessly clean and lovely friendly staff. Room is basic but as good as any standard hotel room with everything you need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The staff were all so helpful and very friendly on check in. The rooms were nice, everything you would need. The beds were super comfy. Didn't really use the bar as we were attending a wedding near by, however the menus looked really good.

Great location for Roseberry Topping and Captain Book's Monument. Good facilities nearby in Great Ayton and Great Broughton! Also not far from sea(Runswick Bay, Staithes and Robin Hood's Bay are all spectacular).
