Staff and service was excellent. We got a flat tire one night and they were able to assist us with booking AA the next morning. The property was gorgeous and tucked away in a quiet town. The room was spacious, warm, and clean. We were able to drive to our room to drop off/pick up our heavy luggage. Breakfast was delicious and they served generous portions. We enjoyed our walk around the property and the garden tour.

The staff were excellent and the whole decor and feel of the hotel was just right. It is beautiful inside. The food in the restaurant was very good and the menu changed regularly. Lots of smaller, quiet rooms off the main bar area.

A beautiful construction and a cosy room. We had an issue with the shower on the first night but they immediately changed us to a bigger room. Wifi was great at all places. Breakfast (English breakfast and Vegetarian) was really tasty. Wonderful attention from everyone at the Hotel.

It's a small town on the upper Thames with an 18th-century bridge. Buscot Park (National Trust) is less than three miles away, and Kelmscott (once the home of William Morris) not much further. His friend Burne-Jones's pre-Raphaelite stained glass can be seen in Buscot church.

A lovely place to stay right on the banks of the river Thames. The room was clean and comfortable with the best tea and coffee making facilities I've ever seen. If I could offer some advice it would be to upgrade the lighting in the room as it did feel a little dark.Very happy with my stay thank you.
Loved the hotel for dinner and drinks, perfect for our one night stop over. Wish we had stayed longer to check out the town, so pretty. Loved being close to the water. Beds were comfortable, room was large just no extra facilities. Was hoping for a fridge. There was a kitchen but no cutlery or crockery, or capacity to cook or even peepare anything to eat or drink. Room temperature was good and lounge comfy. Could not work out the TV,not sure it worked.

The included breakfast was amazing, though we had to miss it one morning due to it being served 8-10am. The pub itself had fantastic food and drinks, as we dined with them for dinner one night. The staff was very friendly and it was located in a nice, quaint area with easy access to the Cotswolds. Our room was very cozy.
- the building of the hotel is old and looks authentic;
- it is very quiet, even though the windows in our room overlooked a busy street;
- it was warm in the room;
- the room itself and the bathroom are spacious;
- it was clean;
- a bonus: the food at the restaurant is finger-licking good!
Perfectly located and well equipped accommodation. Very clean and tidy, We used it for a small family reunion and there was plenty to do in the area and it was not far to travel to either Lechlade or Burford, both very attractive towns. We'll definitely recommend it to friends.
The house is in a good location to access the lovely town of Lechlade and other attractions such as the wildlife park. The rooms are good sizes, the back room is nice and the shower is really powerful. The litlle bottles of shampoo etc and the hamper were a nice bonus.
The overall stay was great. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and courteous. The food both at breakfast and dinner were excellent. Would highly recommend as a place to stay when visiting the Cotswolds.
Very comfortable room, plenty of space. Ceiling fan and free standing fan for use in warm weather. Good free parking. Ideal town-centre location. Local cafes and hotels available for meals.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, with so much attention to detail, it was heavenly from a comfortable bed to a beautiful tub bath & a great powerful shower, & even a complimentary Negroni..??!!
The room was lovely, with loads of character.
Very comfy bed, slept really well.
No breakfast as the kitchen was closed but we were directed to a really nice place very close by.
