Myself and my wife were on honeymoon and wanted a quiet little private getaway after the madness of our wedding. The lodge was brilliant exactly what we wanted. Exceeded expectations! The location was ideal, far enough into countryside to feel private, but close to many tourist spots including Loch lomond, Glasgow City, Helensburgh, Dumbarton. The lodge itself was beautiful very high standard, kitchen was well catered for all equipment good standard, we cooked our own food for a few nights had takeaway another couple. Ideal. The hot tub was checked everyday, easy to use always good temperature with specific instructions. Smart TVs in all rooms, bathroom and shower was excellent good pressure from shower. Linen and bedding lovely and clean. Large double bed very comfortable. Heating easy to control. Lovely fire. We really enjoyed our stay just what we were looking for.
Set in Balloch, 27 km from Glasgow Botanic Gardens, Queen of the Loch, Balloch by Marston's Inns offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar.

Excellent location for visiting Loch Lomond. Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. We ate in the pub restaurant in the evening... lovely staff and enjoyed our meals. Would recommend.
Ingliston Country Club sits overlooking the Clyde estuary, located 7 miles from Glasgow International Airport and 8 miles from the Southern point of Loch Lomond.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Informed us about things local in the area.
The rooms were incredibly clean which is a plus as when you go to chains they're rarely as clean as you'd hope. So this trumps chain hotels hands down.
Dinner was excellent, there were 6 of us in 3 rooms and all had a brilliant meal and stay.

I love everything about this hotel from the minute you arrive in the car park .it is so tranquil. Its not many hotels where you meet the whole amazing team that make it special from James. Amanda who run it very well to george millar the hotel manager who's staff think very highly of.ti the night concerge jordan and Martin who make you feel 100%safe when popping out the front door at 3am for some fresh air they are there for you and will even give you a lift in there little buggy back to your room .I can honestly say for 2 years now iv stayed her on my trips to Glasgow and would never stay anywhere else in Scotland. There isn't anything you could say that wasn't right getting up in the morning going for breakfast and seeing the lovely Marie who always has a little friendly chat .to using the facilities that Taylor runs extremely well the outside spa with stunning views is just the best therapy you could wish for after a morning sream sauna and swim .and the walk around the grounds .to then going having a little chat with Rebecca Lucy Tracey and the rest of the team on reception. It's not just a hotel get away it's like going from home to home .thank you gleddoch yous guys are an asset to this hotel .and all down to little george for being so friendly introduceing us to the hotel team .you really can't beat that in any hotel .well done gleddoch keep up the amazing work

Hotel and the grounds were beautiful. The swimming pool area was nice aswell, always a member of staff cleaning up every half an hour or so to keep the place tidy. The view from the junior suite was lovely, looking down on the clyde. The wee bar was nice at night for a few beers and cocktails.
The staff were always friendly & helpful. Hotel was spotless clean & room was beautiful! The spa facilities were very clean & the outdoor pool is definitely a great idea! We loved spending time there looking at the views & the weather we had topped it off!
All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and has a very relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor spa pool is wonderful along with the hot tile beds. The food in the restaurant and bar is good and there is a good choice at breakfast.

Overall, the room was spot on and very comfortable. And well maintained. The overall appearance of the hotel is still looking fresh, and the facilities are good but have issues as per below.
The facilities were lovely and the proximity to Glasgow airport made it a perfect place for the last night of our vacation. Would love to visit again to take advantage of golf and spa.
A truly beautiful hotel, high quality, great food and service with some fantastic views of the Clyde Estuary and the hills beyond. Quite expensive but you get what you pay for here.
Lovely hotel. Had a relaxing break for my birthday. Spa facilities very good. Loved the hot tub outside with great views. Rooms clean and bed very comfortable. Great experience.
