The staff could not do enough to help me feel welcome. I arrived later than expected but the resturant was able to accomodate me. The ffod was delicious and the bedroom beautifully presented. The icing on the cake for me was a Jacuzzi bath.

The staff at the Rose & Crown were very friendly and welcoming. The pub itself is right on the main street, in a central location, with free parking in a small car park just behind. The highlight of the stay was the meal that we had in the pub that evening, which was to a very high standard. We appreciated the fact that the pub was dog-friendly throughout.

The pub is very nice. Food decent. Especially liked the music choices which were not too loud but enjoyable. The serving staff were very nice too.

We were only staying overnight but had a few hours to walk round the centre of Knutsford. It is very old, picturesque, some lovely independent shops. It backs onto Tatton Park and has a central train station.

Very interesting place.
Very interesting place. Three parallel streets, beautiful shops (not enough time to visit), more restaurants than I had expected for a small place and a railway station with connection to Manchester.; this is how I plan to visit next time. Of course the closeness to Tatton park which was the main reason for our visit.

Knutsford has a very safe feel to it, even in the town centre. There are a variety of independent shops that caters for all tastes. Plus some historical places. There are a lot of different eateries to suit every budget and generally just had a lovely feel to the place. I am only sorry I was only there one day but will be going back to explore more.
Honestly, everything went well. Room was spacious with a well appointed spacious en-suite. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with plenty and a good variety. The location of both Knutsford and the position of the Rose and Crown being very central within Knutsford was perfect for our needs even considering we had our pet Dalmatian dog with us. Knutsford is an excellent little market town with a lot of interesting history. Staff were all very helpful and well versed in providing all due attention to their guests needs.
This hotel and spa are first class. Everything from the food, the situation, the spa and treatments, the food, breakfast, dinner and above all the staff who are just fantastic. All of them are so happy and friendly, a true credit to the management of this beautiful hotel. My best friend and I had the best time and would 100% recommend this wonderfully run and beautiful establishment to everyone
Very nice setting. Had a small problem with our room but sorted out easily by a move to a much bigger room at no extra cost. Plenty of parking space. The hotel has lovely arts and craft features. Enjoyed two evening meals in the residents room.
A good location and we enjoyed visiting Knutsford and Tatton Park before heading off for a wedding.
The hosts, Karen & Karl were incredibly warm, welcoming, relaxed & easy going.
Excellent guest house, really comfortable single beds and lovely breakfast. Super clean and great value for money.
We were 5 friends booked into the twin & family rooms, for a weekend visit.
Knutsford is a lovely town to visit, good bars & restaurants.
This was so much better than an airport hotel. The room was just above and beyond and I loved the farm. The horses were so friendly and so was the little doggo. It's just down the road from historic Knutsford. I picked up a copy of Elizabeth Gaskell to read in the lovely room. Breakfast was awesome as well.
Situated in the centre of Knutsford, it is a pub, as well as a hotel.
Great food and staff.
Some late night noise as the pub is open late, but that just means you get to join in!
Bar is dog friendly, and there are a lots of them, not a problem if you are ok with dogs.
Extremely impressed with the entire experience. The staff are amazing and were very helpful throughout. The room location and general cleanliness was impressive. Would certainly recommend and will stay again on my next trip to Knutsford.
