The location was great with the river and walks that I took with my two dogs. The food was excellent. Room was clean and tidy and we got a good nights sleep in the large bed.

We stayed for our anniversary and this was made extremely special by the hosts. We told them before hand and they made sure it was perfect for our arrival.
They were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask.

The location was perfect for travelling out of penrith. We used bus and train services. The location was a short walk into the main town which was great. The accommodation was immaculate. The staff were excellent. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back.
