The cleanliness … the decor was fab. Parking a bonus. Seating areas were all lovely. Staff very friendly .. particularly the lovely girl on check in Thursday pm.

You upgraded us to a suite decorated in an old style which was wonderful and we really liked the retro radio in the room.
