Very good site. Facilities basic but more than acceptable. Bathroom & toilet nearby & pub a 25min walk away. Very quiet, on a farm, a long way from the road. Excellent walking territory for our dog

It was cosy, warm and comfy with beautiful views. The heater meant we were toasty warm on the first cold night of autumn. The scones and jam on arrival were a welcome touch.

Extremely friendly and warm welcome. Our room was in the loft, which was a wonderful space, with a huge bathroom and a small kitchen and dining area for our use. There was so much room for storage which we didn’t take advantage of as we were only staying one night. We joined the locals in the bar for a drink and they were also welcoming. Lovely pub in the picturesque Appleby in Westmorland. We arrived later in the evening, it was a stopover on our way to Scotland. We parked directly outside using a disc given to us by the pub, because we left before 10.00am the next day, parking was free. Breakfast was delicious, particularly the local butchers sausage ring. This was a fabulous find, so much so , we are going to make a special trip back to explore Appleby and The Eden Valley.

Everything was fantastic, from our living wagon the bed, our facilities, the scenery, the hot tub, to our idyllic stay. Annabelle, our host was lovely and so welcoming. Anybody looking to book here at Langton Farm go for it, you will seriously love this place as much we do! Thank you Annabel for having us, it was a pleasure.
