Master bedroom with shower room en-suite was best room of the house. The proper management lady Helia tried to do what she could but the owner hasn’t apologised about anything or offered any kind of compensation for all of the “inconveniences” as they put it.
The hotel is superbly located, just off junction 23 of the M6 motorway, next to Haydock Park Racecourse, and serves as a gateway to the entire North West region.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
This 4-star luxury hotel and spa is set in a Georgian mansion style building surrounded by attractive landscaped gardens. Liverpool and Manchester are both 30 minutes’ drive away.

The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. And the exterior appearance of the hotel was nice.

Lovely breakfast each day, would have liked to have been available -natural yoghurt, avocado with continental and black pud and mushrooms with cooked breakfast, but speed and taste of hot food was bob on!
Bed really was so comfy and room bright, spacious and spotless !
