The staff were very helpful. We were in Ilkley for a wedding and arrived at the hotel before the wedding. We hoped to at least get our keys so that we could get in later that evening after the wedding reception without having to return before the reception started to check in. The rooms happened to be ready early and they not only gave us the keys to all our rooms, we could put our bags into the rooms saving us having to do that later.

Very good breakfast, and easy parking just in the back of the hotel. Convenient self checkin.
We had a pleasant overnight trip . Ilkley has beautiful panorama and a great entertainment centre : It’s central for visiting Haworth ( home of the Brontes) and Skipton ( castle.) Great for walking and shopping at some very nice establishments.

Ilkley is a good location with plenty to see in and around the town. It is also conveniently located for visiting the Yorkshire Dales. Traffic queues into town from Skipton Road can be long at peak times but this results from town centre traffic lights and there being no bypass for use by through traffic.

Lovely little town at the northern extremes of West Yorkshire. A quality destination with plenty of history if you have time to explore. If not then there’s a plethora of great restaurants and bars to keep you occupied and well fed.
This cottage is a hidden gem, and provides the perfect base for exploring Ilkley or the wider surrounds. The kitchen facilities were perfect for what we needed, the heated towel rail was also much appreciated along with the very comfy bed. Michael made the check in process so easy and was more than happy to help us with anything we needed, and even gave us a great list of activities to explore during our stay. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Thanks for a great getaway!
This is an excellent hotel.
Location is ideal for my needs and I always stay here when on business locally.
Large car park, nicely appointed and spacious rooms with really friendly and efficient staff (especially Stuart), what's not to like!
Outside eating area is spacious and heated, good food and drinks.
A very high standard of cleanliness and safety procedures.
Highly recommended.
Location- could not be better for visit to Ilkley. Very welcoming staff, nothing too much trouble. Super breakfast. Room comfy, bathroom small but perfectly adequate. Comfy bed. A bit noisy outside later on, but hotel is adjacent to park and river, so not surprising and not unduly troublesome. Would go straight back there if in the area!
Lovely hotel. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Really good location, about 20 minute walk to the Cow and Calf cafe for a lovely walk and 15 minutes from the centre of Ilkley. Room was comfortable and spacious and we were upgraded to a bigger room on arrival for no extra cost! Delicious self serve buffet breakfast in the morning!
The property was a Regency town house in the very centre of Ilkley. It was beautifully decorated and furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was warm, comfortable and quiet, and the en suite bathroom was also very pretty. The location could not be faulted.
The gin lounge is a quirky little hotel right in the centre of Ilkley. The rooms are really comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. It’s very tastefully decorated and the staff and host were very welcoming and explained everything to us xx
Beautiful location to walk in the moors - took a long walk up to the standing stones known as The Twelve Apostles near there.
The Cow & Calf was a lovely place to stay - never been to England before so I appreciated how authentic it was.
Large quiet comfortable room and excellent breakfast. The location was good in an elevated position and close to the Cow & Calf and Ilkley Moor. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great location with wonderfull views. Peacefull and very quite. Great walking from the door. Host very helpful but not intrusive. Easy access to West Yorkshires places of interest.
Beautiful decor in this gorgeous house a short walk away from the lovely Ilkley. Host was brilliant and left a welcome package of treats like no other!
