The location was not great as there was no entrance to the flat only through the bar. The flooring squeaking when we walk. Also there was no lift. The people downstairs in the bar very loud and noisy.
We did not have hot water we reported to the reception they promised someone will come and see it and no one came up we waited nearly two hours then we had to leave as they wasted our time.
