The staff were friendly and welcoming, the main issue we had was that the room was extremely hot and there was no fan available!! My husband had to go out and buy one, adding another £35 to our overnight stay! Also the windows were screwed shut and a note to say they were 'sourcing' a new fitting (the note looked like it had been there some time!)
