Beautiful house with lots of character. Lovely spacious bedroom and comfortable lounge. Great breakfast with fresh local ingredients. We had a lovely, warm welcome form Catherine and she was happy to talk with us about the history of the local area and to recommend local excursions - as well as to assist with trying to research my family tree!

Lovely, fully kitted-out private annexe in Sharon's house, which had everything I needed. A comfortable and nicely furnished space in a great location for access to the Mourne mountains. A nice, country pub across the road for food and drinks. Sharon was a super host, who couldn't do enough for me. She even took me over to the pub and introduced me to some of the locals!

Hilltown is 15 mins drive to Newry and close to many nature parks like Sleive Gullion. It is an hour away from Belfast where there are many fun parks. We were mostly self catering . There are super markets close by.
