Everything was fantastic. This is my new favourite place to escape to. The staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate you in whatever you need. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms decorated beautifully with some free extra touches that make you feel special. The corner rooms have great views across the river, the rooms on the side overlook the inland harbour which is currently under repairs along its walls at the moment so no boats or water in it. Massive portions for breakfast, I couldn't finish it which broke my heart as the food is wonderfully tasty. I can't wait to come back. Lots of other lovely restaurants close by. All in all a great place to go for a foodie weekend.

It is a nice, almost historical place, cosy and authentic. Run by a dedicated couple, both very service minded. They explained about the history of the houses and their owners.

We went around the surounding area- it was beautiful and fairly easy to travel (narrow lanes).
The only change I would make is to make the accommadation dog friendly as there are lots of lovely walks and beaches in the area.
