Carolyn was very thoughtful and did everything with care. She had a solution for every situation. She was very generous and thoughtful with the hamper left for our arrival No expense was spared in the purchase of bedding and towels etc. We were rested, ready for our onward journey next day.

Bed was comfortable, room was dark, shower was hot.. Complimentary shortbread was an unexpected but pleasing welcome (free shortbread always a winner!!). Not too much to choose from on the menu in the restaurant, but the food we ordered was really good and at the expected price point. Breakfast was very good. Parking was a little tight to get into the remaining bays when I arrived, but not too onerous if you are competent at manoeuvring and reversing a vehicle. Local late co-op opposite for room snacks, chip shop opposite I know also does good food.

Country Hotel with accommodation as chalets around garden. Clean and comfortable, no air con but large fans provided in rooms. Breakfast at extra charge served in the on site pub. Dinner also available...food served was to high standard. Roads are very narrow surrounding property so take care. Plenty of free parking available.
