Fair price, the hotel in general had every you needed and more including a fridge staff went above and beyond to make my stay here amazing Easy access to restaurant, Chinese was the best I’ve had by far!
What made this stay so amazing was the staff and I’d never stay anywhere else in Harlow!

The hotel is one of the cleanest we have stayed in! The staff were friendly and professional. The room was adequate for our needs, with an efficient heating/cooling system. Breakfast was more than adequate, and the bar meal very good.

It was a night stay before an early flight out of Stansted and perfect for the purpose. Will definitely stay with them again if we have to fly from Stansted.
The host couple are extremely friendly and hospitable. It is a neat, homely household and we felt very welcomed.

I had breakfast and it was well cooked and nice quality.
I will stay there again when in the area.
It was a bit run down. I think it lost out due to economic failure and it would appear that there's a lot of welfare dependency and poor health choices everywhere I looked. Far too many fast food outlets and gambling and betting shops.

"We chose the destination Horlow just to get to the neighboring town and take the metro to London. The town of Harlow isn't bad; there's a promenade and some shops. What I really liked was the park just outside the town, about a 20-minute walk away, where there was a small zoo, refreshments, and a playground for children."

After living in Harlow for 60+ years it has changed so much and very run down, the town centre is being demolished and no shops? But the hotel is situated in the old town and is in a lovely location. Harlow is close if you are travelling to London or Stansted airport.

The Harlow hotel was disgusting. Dirty and unkempt.
The Harlow hotel was disgusting. Dirty and unkempt. The rooms had nothing in them and the towels were old and not clean. .
It was full of refugees who were being housed there. My young daughters were woken at 1.30 by the police knocking on their door. They were questioned in relation to an incident that had no relation to them.
They were terrified and then couldn’t sleep. We were charged an additional £6 to park in the hotels own car park .
This cannot be described as a hotel but a refugee hostel at best yet we were charged £ 236 for one night.
I would question why booking.com have listed it as a hotel. It concerns me that I will experience something similar again as it was totally misrepresented. I will be reluctant to use booking.com if I cannot rely on the accommodation being as advertised.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice decor.
Friendly, helpful staff. Nice decor. Good food, attractively displayed. Good internet. Clean room. Just surprised we had to pay £6 to park the cars over night. I can understand charging for guests leaving their car whilst on holiday but I think it should b3 included whilst staying at the hotel.

Stunning apartment with everything we needed. Welcome bottles of water and tea and coffee. Bathroom was operated by smart taps which were fairly easy to use, small toiletry bottles also provided. Very close to the Toby pub and Harlow Town train station for access to London. Beds were really comfy and bedding of good quality. I would definitely stay here again.
A good, tree-lined location within a quiet district of Old Harlow, but close to routes of access. About 15 minutes pleasant walking from Harlow Mill railway station. The shared kitchen facilities were like a hostel, adequately supplied but not lavish. Nothing beats a cup of tea when you need one.
The room was so clean and everything is designed according to the need. Also the staff was so helpful and kind. If I go to that area again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
