Location isn't pretty but it is convenient. Full English breakfast was a bit small for my husbands appetite. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Cocktails are pretty expensive though

If you like walking and history then this is the place to come. Amazing walks and stunning views. The view from British Hill Camp is quite something. There are a number of beautiful little towns, like Ledbury, Great Malvern etc that are steeped in history as well as great for eating out. The Eastnor castle and grounds are another place to visit and a walk uptown the obelisk is well worth the walk up to it.

We liked the hills and views the younger members of our party climbed the British camp to take photos and we all enjoyed the gas lights in West malvern. We took empty bottles and filled them.up with water out of one of the many wells in the area.

Lovely little town with independent shops great for browsing. Great choice of restaurants and bars. There is a great bar in the high street that brews beer called Weavers. At the top of the town we went to Alturo Lounge that has a fantastic choice of food and drink in a highly decorative atmosphere. We also went to Gurka Chef and sa.pled Nepalese food. It was very nice and a change from indian food. The theatre is lovely and very accessible. Friendly people. If you like walking there are great walks and history walks too!

The area looked beautiful but unfortunately we were only able to stay overnight for a friends funeral. We had to be back in London that evening for a prebooked event. Will definately go back again to explore the area.

The area of Malvern is beautiful as always but we did not actually visit the town of Malvern this time. When we have previously visited the town we found it had character but a bit of a challenge for older folks due to it being hilly. It is still worth a visit though.
we came for a one night stay as we were going to a dog show in the area. stayed with 3 border collies. the service was excellent and so was the room we stayed in - very comfortable and spacious for us and the dogs. the hotel even went out of their way to give us some breakfast for the next day as we couldn’t make to it in the morning so that was very considerate and appreciated. would highly recommend this hotel. the area it’s based in is beautiful also.
Location in the tiny village of Birtsmorton at the southwest corner of Worcestershire (within easy reach of Great Malvern and the Malvern Hills) is stunning. We only stayed for one night so didn't want to go too far afield, and loved spending time on the cabin's veranda watching the ever-changing view of sheep on the hill opposite. Also took a pleasant stroll to the nearby traditional, friendly Farmer's Arms pub for a drink in the evening- perfect!
Beautiful looking hotel. We had an upgrade with Booking.com to an executive room. The seating area was a nice bonus after a long walk. The big windows allowed more natural light to come in which was lovely. Breakfast was great. Bathroom was roomy with a big bath tub and shower. Location was perfect. You can join the Beacon walk at 99 Steps right next to the hotel (saves paying for parking somewhere).
A typical Wetherpoon Hotel providing really good food and drinks at a price that represents fantastic value. The hotel has an excellent location in Great Malvern and has a number of outside balconies with great views over the Vale of Evesham where you can sit while enjoying a drink and a meal. Whether it is a lunchtime snack, evening meal or breakfast you cannot find better value.
The hosts were very friendly and eager to ensure every guest’s stay was enjoyable. The room was very comfortable with all expected facilities and there was a good choice of excellent breakfasts. A small family run hotel which couldn’t be bettered. A good parking area was available, a delightful garden, a lounge and honesty bar. We couldn’t have been more at home.
Lovely home-from-home hotel. My adult daughter and I stayed in room 16, a large twin room with a little lounge area. It suited our needs perfectly. All of the staff were so very friendly. A credit to the hotel. It was a short drive to the car parks for the Malvern Hills and close to towns too. We had a really enjoyable stay. Thank you Colwall Park Hotel.
The staff were lovely, the hotel has a very attractive bar and restaurant area and its location is extremely convenient in the centre of Great Malvern, directly above the Abbey, with amazing views and parking available for guests. The hotel is also next to one of many lovely green spaces, with the steps to the famous St Anne's Well starting from there.
Lovely, big room with everything we needed and a comfy bed. We often stay in Wetherspoons hotels when travelling and find them to be convenient and comfortable. Great Malvern is a lovely place to stay and explore.
I left an expensive item in the room by mistake, and this was posted back to me by the manager. All received, many thanks to Grace!
We enjoyed our stay at the Great Malvern Hotel a year ago very much, and it was a pleasure to return. Our room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was exceptional. The croissants on our second morning were especailly appreciated. We were delighted with everything and look forward to our next visit.
Such a lovely night's stay at the Cotford Hotel. Really convenient for walking to and from town (even in the rain!), friendly staff, a cosy single room, and a gorgeous breakfast in the morning! Just wish the weather had been a little nicer to make better use of the fantastic garden!
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly
Breakfast was excellent - good and varied menu
We had dinner in the hotel twice - freshly prepared food, good variety
An old coaching inn (1842) full of character and quirky corners, right in the middle of Great Malvern
Warm welcome. Spacious clean well appointed bedroom and bathroom. Walk in wardrobe and plenty of additional storage. Lovely continental breakfast eaten in the conservatory with stunning views of the Malvern hills.
Ample parking on the properties own drive.
Loved the old-world, cozy feel of the building. Nice bar and restaurant. Had a good place to park my motorcycle. Great food, both dinner and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Quality and finish of the hotel is very nice. You can tell it's been well maintained. Nice big room and bathroom with plenty of facilities like coffee, tea water etc
Lovely cosy little flat place for the cost of a hotel room, well styled amd clean. I went for work but would love to pop back just to get way for a bit. Great coms.
The hotel and Spa had excellent facilities that were clean and accessible. The place was run really well with great staff attitude, making us feel looked after.
