Excellent value in a nice little pub, also the breakfast was fabulous. Good little room and even had an actual bath, although neither of us lived up to our promise that we'd take one.
The lady who served us breakfast was super lovely, more people like her in the world please!

The staff were amazing - friendly and professional. Room was very clean. Breakfast was fantastic and portions were huge. Although we didn't go in the garden, it looked like a nice place to sit when the sun is shining.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever stayed in such a spotlessly clean and tidy place! I would definitely stay here again.

I loved everything, there is nothing to dislike , the property is immaculate and lovely. The owners are the most friendliest and accommodating people I have ever met , and that’s with me staying away from home through all my working career, ( approximately 25 years)the service and property is a+ by far the best place I have ever stayed.
This is the third time I have stayed at Upsall warren cottage and I can not wait to return.
To be perfectly honest I was reluctant to leave a review like this as I’m scared it won’t be available when I return to the north east but they really do deserve it for this hidden gem.
Other accommodation owners need to take a leaf out of Phil and Elaine’s book.
I can guarantee you will not be disappointed booking this hidden gem of a property whether that a holiday or for work.
It’s perfect.
Well done guys. And keep up the hard work 👍do not change anything from what you are doing and 🤞it’s available when I need it.
