Shelley checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The whole check in process was quick and efficient.
The room (No. 7) was large and had an excellent view. Bottles of complimentary still and sparkling water were provided together with 4 packets of biscuits snacks.
The breakfast was excellent too. Shelley served it, and this made the experience that much more enjoyable.
The Cumbria Grand is set in 25 acres of gardens and woodlands, and is only a 15-minute drive from Lake Windermere. It offers free Wi-Fi in public areas.
