I loved the personal and adaptable touch from the team. It was a quiet period for the hotel and I sat in the lounge before dinner where the lady in charge put the fire on just for me and made me feel really comfortable and well looked after. I even had my dinner next to the fire rather than sitting alone in the dining room, it was a very lovely touch and one I will always remember. Thank you.

The perfect place to get away from it all. The room was spotless with everything that you could need for a really relaxing stay. The spa was amazingly clean, we really enjoyed swimming in the pool and using the sauna and the jacuzzi. Breakfast was fantastic, again so relaxed and such high quality. We felt really welcome and well looked after, it was a pleasure to meet Paula and Robert. We're already planning our return trip!

Lovely place. Secluded and peaceful with lots of walking/cycling places. Quite isolated but within easy reach of places like Glen Clova and Glamis Castle. Definitely a place for a relaxing outdoor holiday away from it all

Even better than advertised.
Even better than advertised. Comfortable accommodations in the perfect country setting. Also convenient to shopping in Forfar that seems like a world away, Beautiful drives to Dunnottar, Edzell and Glamis Castles, Montrose Beach and St. Cyrus NNR, etc. No complaints whatsoever - and we were very sad that our stay was not longer...much longer!
