The staff were wonderful. The room was large, clean and tidy. The full English breakfast was very good. The bar area had a relaxed ambience to it. Close to Carlisle Castle and Cathedral. Walking distance to shops (Asda, Pound shop etc), eateries (pub and, fish & chips) and car wash.

The property was in a great location close to the city but outside enough to give a country vibe. Lovely furnishings, clean and well presented. Coffee, tea etc on site to make quick arrivals more friendly.
