The room was lovely and clean, as was the hotel on the whole, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and there were options for myself as a vegetarian, although it was essentially just cereal/granola and toast but I was content with that. The location was perfect for what I needed. Parking was available.

Decent location to where we wanted to be that weekend
One of the most unique hotels in Perth, in a 15th-century watermill, where you can still watch the water trickling through the original water wheel from the garden, lobby area and Lounge Bar.

Friendly owner and fabulous location with private parking - loved the little extras provided. A very short walk to lovely Indian restaurant and also given 10% for staying at this guest house, likewise with a cafe not far away offering 10% off price of any meal, including breakfasts.

The property is very close to the bus station as well as major streets, which is very convenient. The owner of the establishment was very kind and flexible with our schedule. The room was very clean and with enough space for our bags. The breakfast is huge with a lot of options!

Forgandenny is just a small village on route to the lodge, however Bridge if Earn is another small village not too far away, with all amenities, baker, supermarket, hotel with restaurant, which we would highly recommend (The village Inn)
