For those whom want to get away from it all - the green...

For those whom want to get away from it all - the green rolling countryside and small villages in the Vale of Glamorgan with their ever so friendly pubs is the area to head for. Nearby Llantwit Major is steeped in history. Very pleasant to walk around a thriving town centre with a beach so close by that has a bonus, a free car park. For those visitors that have time, this is the part of the country to visit. All the locals have time to chat and are ever so helpful. Don't miss St Illtyd's church so much to see in and around this hidden gem that goes right back to Viking raiding eras.
