Breakfast was fair. Lack of direction about procedures. Offered tea/coffee when shown to table nothing after that. No butter on the table no check back if everything was OK.

Location was perfect, right next to Craigellachie nature reserve and close to centre of town. Facilities were excellent, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
