Catherine and Ian were top hosts, communicating well with me for details of how to get the door code and about the property. Catherine also asked for a £100 damage deposit and refunded back with no issues. Our stay was very suiting for a nearby (ish) gig at the Old Trafford Cricket Ground and it was easy to find, comfortable and clean to use and checking out was easy too!

People. The owner is absolutely lovely. It is a family run business. So you get a fantastic treatment. I was a solo traveller female. Was a bit worried as bolton seems very quite and silent. Had an interview to attend. I feel I made connections for life with them. Took care of me. Felt very safe with them. The room was very comfortable. Feels like living in someone's home rather than a hotel. Maybe can provide a full length mirror in the room. Clean and neat. Thank you Mohammed and family for taking care of me and making bolton memorable for me.

All round very happy, especially the bar staff, very courteous friendly and attentive.

I got there really late after being on the road all day and normally when you check in late somewhere you get a grumpy night porter who can not normally comunicate,
The gentleman who was on was friendly and pleasant and efficient
I normally stay in branded places like premier inn or IHG because you know what to expect , so was a bit apprehensive, not sure I would look for best western, but would definately stay here again, didnt know where it was but was well sign posted

This hotel was renovated in 2023 and features an 18-hole championship golf course and a day spa. Guest rooms are located close to the Trafford Centre and the motorway network.

Holiday Inn Bolton Centre is walking distance from Bolton's nightlife and town centre, and has good motorway links, situated at the end of the A666 with easy access from the M6, M60, M61 and M62...

The breakfast was a help yourself or you had a variety of cereal. Plenty choice in Danish.
Plenty to choose from the buffet.
I was given an upgrade from single to double. Stayed two nights. Joan was very helpful and friendly, and onsite if you needed anything. Room was fitted with small kitchen area, with fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Also very kindly left a carton of milk.
Alwys stay here when up visiting family so a handy place to stay.
