Breakfast was quite good and the entire place seemed to be well cleaned (and even had a fresh scent when we arrived). Note to the owners: please do not ever downgrade your cleaning work, it's been a pleasant surprise and causes a much better first impression when compared to other places I've been to, which had stains, dirt and a not so pleasant / clean smell when coming in.

I was just looking for a simple, comfortable and economical place to lay my head after attending a function nearby. From this point of view the rooms above this pub fitted the bill perfectly. Clean, with a comfortable bed, storage space and fridge, tea, coffee, orange juice & breakfast cereals. Shared bathroom facilities not a problem at this price, and considering the small number of rooms. Free private car park. No cooked breakfast offered but plenty of options close by.
Situated in Little Walsingham and only 20 km from Houghton Hall, Chalet Bungalow, Little Walsingham features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

House was super clean and owners were super accommodating and helpful.
I made a mistake on the booking and they sorted it generously, efficiently and didn't
make any drama.
They answered our question very quickly and were very welcoming. House was
cozy even though it was February. We're all very happy and didn't want to leave.

It was a good place to use as a base to explore North Norfolk. Kings Lynn, Norwich, Sheringham, Aylsham, Burnham Overy, Burnham, Walsingham all within easy access. Local pubs and shopping facilities are fine, but nothing to write home about.

Great for the coast.
Great for the coast.
Morrisons, Tesco, lidl easily accessible when self catering.
Lovely walks along the river Wensum and around the town.
Recommend Mr Chips for fish and chips. We were able to sit outside under a rambling vine!
Not easy to drive through the town. Definitely recommend a satnav.

In actual fact we did come to the area to walk the beaches and didn’t venture much into Fakenham itself. But the town is in good vicinity to the beaches and many great pubs and things to do and places to see ie Wells next the sea etc

It was an amazing short stay.
It was an amazing short stay. Extremely relaxing with all the home comforts that you need. The breakfast and evening meal was bespoke standard and really good. My husband would have liked a TV in our room but I was happy with the radio
The property was in a great location in Fakenham. There is private parking at the rear of the property
5 minutes walk to the centre of Fakenham but the house is off the main road and very quiet especially at night.
Lena the host lives next door and is available should you have any queries.
A quirky house full of character built in the 15 hundreds with a Georgian addition added at a later date
It is good both bed and breakfast. It is very comfortable. Sleeping well. It is good bedroom and Seperate private bathroom. I have told him and I don't like brown bread. He did made bake change to white bread. Happy.
It is too small town of Fakenham. Good see to place it.
The Norfolk breakfast was very well cooked and presented, I had it both mornings so that should say something.
The location suited us really well and the staff were all easy to talk to and helpful. Staff wearing a uniform also made the hotel present well.
Lovely property in a very good location.
Spotlessly clean with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay.
Very quiet area close to nice walks if you like walking or have a dog.
Would recommend this propertly and would definitely stay again.
Hotel is bang next door to a pub, where on weekends they have v loud disco going on till midnight. No problem if you're in your 20s, or you know about it in advance, but we aren't and we didn't. Room is nice enough, and staff friendly for sure.
Tracey’s B&B is stylishly individual and a gorgeous home. The property is extremely comfortable and home from home and with breakfast selection of a 5 star hotel. Tracey and Ian make you feel so welcome and relaxed. We will be back.
Staff were very friendly, engaging and attentive. Building was clean, presented to a good standard. Large landscaped garden by river. Quiet rural position. Hotel was dog friendly. Good location for exploring north Norfolk.
All staff happy, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good choice of excellent food. Very happy atmosphere, which matched the feeling we had about Fakenham in general.
The pub is in a great location and the price was very reasonable for the area and with a decent car park. The accommodation is great for a night's stay in Fakenham.
The location is great, rural yet a lovely walk to Sculthorpe Mill for meal and drinks in the evening. There is also a 2 mile walk via the old rail route to Fakenham
