Excellent position close to the sea and the town. Nice welcome and check in very straightforward. Large room with sea view. Very clean. We didn't use the restaurant or bar but looked nice. They do a cocktail happy hour. We wanted a last minute night away by the sea and this hotel was very reasonably priced. We were lucky to secure unrestricted on-street parking a short distance away.

I used to live here so very happy to return for a more lane visit. It is an ideal place for families with good safe beaches, good travel facilities for access to other areas of Devon by bus or train, especially to Exeter’s excellent shopping. Not the most interesting of towns but good middle of the road unpretentious place to visit & enjoy.

Exmouth itself is an attractive holiday resort for all the family. Superb sandy beach with many facilities, wide range of hotels and restaurants, railway and buses. Many restaurants serve a wide variety of fish menus. One is able to walk and walk and enjoy the variety of houses, streets, special buildings, the market and the coffee/snack outlets. An extremely satisfactory area for all ages, albeit rather steep roads if one walks from the sea front upwards.

Excellent beach facilities especially out of season if you have a dog. Plenty of good restaurants. People seem very friendly. A fantastic park run along the seafront on Saturday mornings.
A really nice vibe to the town.
We were visiting family for the festive season with our new born so looked for somewhere to stay. The Manor hotel was 8 mins away from our family and located close to the beach and town centre for us to walk with the pram.
Location was perfect
Room was ideal for what we needed and warm for the baby.
Free parking out the front which we were lucky to secure.
All inclusive breakfast for £15 which we had on our first morning only. It was great value for money.
Nice place to stay, centrally located for walk along the promenade and restaurants. Room was clean and modern. The staff went out of their way to ensure my bike was put in secure storage overnight in one of utility and storage rooms behind the hotel and also they let me use their water hose to clean my bike the following morning after it amassed dirt over the past week on my bikepacking holiday along the south coast
Excellent seafront location. We booked a standard double but we're upgraded to a large sea view room. I mentioned it was my birthday and the man on reception left chocolate brownies and a birthday greeting note in our room, which was a lovely touch. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. There were lots of nice toiletries in the room. It was very clean. There was parking in front of the hotel for £6
The location is excellent for exploring the surrounding beauty of south Devon whilst enjoying Exmouth in its full. The apartment's were excellent, exceptionally clean and came fully equipped for for a long holiday or even as we did a long weekend. The hosts could not do enough for you , we are already looking to go back early in the new year.

Room was quiet and exceptionally comfortable. Very nicely decorated with a homely feel and good breakfast to set us up for the day ahead.

The location was great and we chose the hotel because they're dog friendly. Our room had a patio and access to the grounds, which was perfect. We had a twin room that was a good size and comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very well situated on the Exmouth promenade. The rooms were spacious and we were offered free parking. English breakfast in the morning was per expectations although the service could have been faster.
Arrived in Exmouth early. The hotel is conveniently situated for the beach and town centre. We had a lovely room with a great view. We enjoyed a meal in the bar in the evening. Breakfast is very good.
Breakfast was lovely and waiting staff good. Reception staff friendly. Parking made easy with names on spaces. Location of hotel was perfect.
Other areas of the hotel were appealing and smart.
The accomodation was very comfortable, it was like home from home. Everything you needed was there and a pleasant surprise to have milk, tea & biscuits left for us. Exmouth is a great place.
It was lovely that there was tea and coffee and milk provided, plenty of towels too and washing tablets. The area was beautiful, canonteign falls, clovelly and exmouth beach are a must.
Location in Exmouth was great. Leisure facilities were great for us and the kids. Breakfast was nice and sea view from apartment was amazing along with the hotels gardens.
Great location to explore Exmouth and easy access to other parts of Devon. Great communication from host and very helpful. Quiet block with plenty of things to do nearby.
Great place to stay, easy walking distance of town centre and surrounded by great pubs, cafe's and restaurants. Really comfy clean stay, garage is an additional bonus.
