After a tiring flight and encountering computer issues at border control, I've never felt more relieved than when I finally saw the bathtub in the Thistle Hotel, even though it was midnight. It provided much-needed comfort for my aching feet after waiting in line for over two hours. Then, discovering my luggage, which also contained my house keys, wasn't on the flight added to the ordeal. Yet, I was grateful for a hot drink, a restful night's sleep, and a delightful breakfast. It is a lovely hotel in a very nice location .The rooms and the common areas are very tastefully decorated and are clean.The staff are very efficient , friendly and caring .The bar and the restaurant are exceptional.There are two electric vehicle charging points which is a bonus We will keep going back.Highly recommended .

Value for your money. Good budget hotel near London-Heathrow Int'l Airport. Perfect for layovers or if you're staying in London for just 1-2 nights for business with a little time spent at the hotel. Rooms are quiet, clean and spacious enough for the luggage. Beds and washroom are good. Staff members are polite and check-in process in fast and smooth. I highly recommend this hotel.
