Friendly, very efficient professional staff. Very helpful. Dog friendly. Excellent food and service in bar. Comfortable modern room. Quiet. Close to Thames and walks. Our favourite hotel!
Set on the River Thames opposite Hampton Court Palace, the The Mitre, Hampton Court has a rich history as a place to stay, dating back as far as Charles II in 1665.

Amazing location, friendly staff. Very reasonably priced (for the area) breakfast which was really tasty.
Situated in Claygate, The Foley has been a village pub since the 1780s. Now a coaching inn, it offers boutique-style bedrooms, a stylish pub, and a dining room. WiFi and parking are free.
We visited family in Epsom. Nice to have M&S/Tesco/restaurant and bars nearby. We also visited Warner Brothers Studios Harry Potter experience, and the London Museums (Science and Natural History). We hired a car for the few days. To get into London, we were walking distance to the Epsom train station. Easy to get around. We also visited Letherhead and Guildford.

It's a middle-class and fairly prosperous town where I lived 30 years ago for nine years. It's large enough to have all the usual retail outlets plus good restaurants and parking, and fairly upmarket food shops (Waitrose, M&S Food hall) in the large-ish shopping mall. The town can sometimes become congested for short periods. It's famous for the horse racing course which hosts the Derby every year, and has good access from the M25.

Lovely place to stay in.
Lovely place to stay in. Not too far from Covent Gardens for a show and close to Wimbledon for some shopping instead I’d of fighting the crowds in London Central. Some good restaurants in the area too.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I couldn’t have wished for anything else.
I enjoyed an evening meal in the adjacent pub which was reasonably priced and the food was excellent.
I ordered a taxi by freephone from reception which arrived within 10 minutes of my call to take me to the station.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is the perfect location to enjoy the downs and the race course. Lots of people taking walks & pets also enjoying themselves! Everyone we passed on our walk were friendly. Staff at the Rubbing House were friendly and we didn’t feel rushed, the food was very good, highly recommend the minted lamb shank!
Perfect location for Chessington situated on Epsom racecourse. All staff warm & welcoming. Lovely family room which met our needs. Fabulous breakfast & Jeanette & the other young ladies could not have been more helpful. Young man on the bar in the evening who sorted out our pizzas & drinks was an absolute star. To be fair all the employees we encountered are a credit to you. Lovely comfy bed & pillows.
Standards throughout as would expect from Holiday Inn - Comfortable room overall with a lovely view of the racecourse - as no activities on course very peaceful. Only food at hotel is Pizza - aware in advance - which is very good. Hotel very good at detailing nearby eating options. Breakfast is available and more than adequate for good start to working day
The NonSuch is definitely a hotel but it had the comfortable feel of a welcoming guesthouse. The room cost £80 with breakfast…..measure that cost against the cheapest chain (Premier Inn etc) that wanted £153. The room had everything you could need, flatscreen tv, shower en-suite, tea/coffee making, even an iron, ironing board and a hairdryer.
The small family run hotel made me smile and thinking of Monty Python‘s „Fawlty Towers“ - but the couple of Nonsuch Park Hotel was quite different: friendly, always helping with advice and good ideas for London. I hope to be here again soon. Breakfast was great fun - from Full English to individual selections, everything was possible.
Enjoyed 2 night stay at Orchid in Epsom. Easy to find, plenty of free parking & greeted by hotel Manager who was very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble & all staff we seen during our stay were very helpful & friendly.Room was great size & bed very comfortable.Definitely stay here Great pub next door.
I liked the cozy atmosphere of the 1 bed property in Epsom. Its compact layout felt inviting, and the natural light streaming in through the windows created a warm ambiance. The location in Epsom was convenient, with amenities and green spaces nearby, making it an ideal place to call home.
Useful having shop downstairs which provided all essentials. OK pub next door. Easy walking to town centre for shopping and trains etc Accommodation was comfortable. Nice fluffy towels provided and most essentials.
Proximity to our evening venue ......which was the Nonesuch Palace. It was an easy 13 minute walk through the park opposite the hotel. Just needed a torch for return journey.
Breakfast and hospitality was great
Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Excellent base for visits to Chessington and Thorpe Park. A number of restaurants and bars close by. Breakfast was included in price. Lovely views of Epsom Downs.
Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff, great shower and bathroom (the best hotel shower I have had in a long time) plus plenty of nice finishing touches in the bedroom.
