The best thing about the hotel was how friendly the staff were. The receptionist went out of her way to put us in 2 rooms close together that were on the ground floor as my elderly in-laws were also with us. The guy in the bar was so friendly and helpful as well.

Impeccably clean! The room had everything we needed and was very clean, the reception staff was respectful, helpful and nice, the breakfast was also good, the coffee tasted great and the GF options were good too.

Great location near the river and station.
Loved watching the planes, so close but not much noise.

Family live in Erith, so having access to property near to them is ideal for us.
I would say Erith is a commuter location with good transport links to some iconic tourist spots within greater London as well as giving easy access into Kent.

The bed waa comfortable and lady next door was friendly.
when i first arrived it looked like a big maisonette on a large social housing estate at first having a nice car it put me off as i was concerned but the owner reassured me it was a safe area and it was.
I found it relaxing and an ideal base for people working or staying in the area.
I would stay again.
