This place exceeded my expectations. Despite some other comments, i've found it absolutely clean, and the service was great. Not luxury at all, obviously, but everything i needed was there in place. Also, i had some doubt about the position, but the closest underground (leytonstone, central line) is within 15 min by feet, and with a nice pedestrian traffic-free road, so everything went smooth and very confortable for visiting London. Room size was also in par with expectation, we received a quite large room with many coat hanger available, and the bed was pretty nice and confortable too.

You can tell that some thought has gone into the interiors. The tiles in the bathroom are beautiful.
The room was clean with clean bedding and towels and it was a nice touch to provide water bottles and biscuits.
I was allocated a room that already had guests in it.. bit of a bad start but the host was quick to respond and sort out

It is two room upstairs and two room downstairs with bathroom and toilets opposite the rooms. Two rooms sharing bathroom and toilet. Clean flat with oven cooker, microwave and fridges. Fridge freezer in the room also. Staff are helpful and the location is close to overground train and busses. Very good value.
