We loved everything about the property. It was amazing for our family weekend. So close to shops and really convenient to the train station. There was even toys left for our children to play with. We couldn’t recommend this property enough. 10/10

Couldn't have loved my stay here any more! It is SO well priced and it totally exceeded my expectations. The hotel is such a unique and fun design and all of the rooms have been beautifully considered. Although I booked the smallest room, the lay out was so well done that it felt perfectly roomy. Super clean, comfortable, safe and in a fantastic location! Couldn't fault it.

It is two room upstairs and two room downstairs with bathroom and toilets opposite the rooms. Two rooms sharing bathroom and toilet. Clean flat with oven cooker, microwave and fridges. Fridge freezer in the room also. Staff are helpful and the location is close to overground train and busses. Very good value.

I really liked the way we were made to feel so welcome when we arrived especially as we were just so tired after travelling from quite a long way. The room was perfect, tidy very very clean and with the choice of several equally clean bathrooms. We were in room 3 and despite all 8 rooms being occupied I found myself shouting g at my son to hold the door handle when closing the door as it was just so quiet! Our trip was to spend the day at Tottenham Hotspur stadium which was only about 10 mins away, longer if you are in rush hour like we were. We left our car on the drive which was just perfect and cane back around 5 o’clock to pick our car up. We were even allowed to use the bathrooms before we started our journey home. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area delightful. I will definitely stay here again and inbetween recommend it to all my friends.
