Dinner was VeryGood. Not all of the menu was available, but the quality of food was excellent. Breakfast was. excellent too. My wife had fresh fruit - a mixture of melon and pineapple. The full English was freshly cooked and couldn't be faulted.

Staff were very welcoming and attentive.
Room was pleasant and clean. Short taxi driver to the cruise terminal or Southampton Central.
Fab little "off the shelf" section for any treats / drinks or travel items you may want. Breakfast had a varied continental/ hot selection.
With free Wi-Fi on site, ibis budget Southampton Centre is situated right in the heart of Southampton. The train station is a few minutes’ walk away, and the Medieval City Walls are also close by.

Missed freshly made drinks brought to table. By waiting staff. Good selection of fruit. Flat white and latte made by staff was good. Also had scrambled egg made by kitchen.
Lovely place, plenty to see and do. Close to Winchester and Southampton by road and train. Not to crowded good variety of shops and pubs with plenty of places to eat as well. Bournemouth and Poole aren't so far away either.
We visited to see a friend, but most things are either in a short car ride or walking distance. We ate in the bar at the hotel, and the Beefeater along the Bournemouth Road which is reasonable. The M3 junction is along Leigh Road at the top end of town, easily accessible. There is a good bus service and roads are easy to traverse.
There is a Wetherspoons opposite the station in Eastleigh, but it does get very busy. Plenty of other places to eat, but booking is advisable, the Harvester on top of the Swan centre is lovely, but definitely needs booking.

The staff and facilities were ok but warnings that a lot of children were in the hotel should be given. Definitely a families break hotel not for quick visits.
Parking should not be charged.
Breakfast should be included in the price.

Sadly greeted by a very uninterested moody looking person to see us in which dampened our excitement immediately . Then to find our room with hairs in the bed and sky tv promised as per website and previous visit to another sister hotel yet no proper sky just a few channels. Apart from that good room and very comfy.

We found Eastleigh a great location as a base for visiting surrounding attractions such as Paultons Park, Marwell Zoo, New Forrest, lovely villages near the Solent etc with the added local amenities of buses, train station, great shopping, bowling alley, country park with steam engine, bingo hall and good restaurants.
Breakfast was very good. The room was a little tired but was told they were in the process of renovation, however the room was quite large and the bed and facilities were excellent. The gardens of the hotel can only be described as superb and the decking area was absolutely brilliant. The staff went above and beyond and were brilliant.
Convenient for Southampton Airport. Just about walkable in 25 minutes, though we didn’t. The owner kindly gave us a lift (£15). It is in a 2 bedroom apartment. Has a separate bathroom and living room/kitchen. The apartment was clean and tidy. Our room was quite small. Quiet location not far from Swan Centre in Eastleigh.
Good size for family of four.
We had booking done for 2 adults and 2 kids, to single beds were done and 2 sets of towels. It it odd that nothing was prepared for us to sleep sofa bed.
Otherwise location is good, close to Eastleigh town centre, coop on door step if you want to cook yourself.
Location and room were great for visiting family. I also imagine if you are visiting major local businesses such as B&Q and Ageas, this is a great place to stay.
I loved the combined gym, bar, cafe, co-working and hotel space concept.
Clean well appointed hotel, Nicky on reception was friendly and infomative who booked us into a lovely restaurant next door at the Concorde Club. Proximity to airport was great.
The room was large, with a sofa and a decent tea tray, & the bed comfortable.
We didn't investigate any of the hotel facilities & nor did we eat there.
