The location was great. T he bedroom was ok but very dated. Comfortable bed a d nice outlook into the garden.

They allowed to leave our car there whilst we were out for the day in the day of leaving.

Excellent position close to the sea and the town. Nice welcome and check in very straightforward. Large room with sea view. Very clean. We didn't use the restaurant or bar but looked nice. They do a cocktail happy hour. We wanted a last minute night away by the sea and this hotel was very reasonably priced. We were lucky to secure unrestricted on-street parking a short distance away.

Lovely quiet picturesque village with thatched cottages, a church and a pub and a local shop. Ideal base for visiting around Devon. Budleigh Salterton which has more shops and cafe's and a sea front is 5 mins away by car.
