Had a lovely stay at Buckland House. The pictures really don't do it justice. It's very spacious and provides families all they need. Travelled with my husband and 2 children who loved the games, tennis courts and especially the hot tub. They loved it so much my 6 year old son had asked to go back for his birthday. The house is greatly located and we enjoyed great family days out to Wookey hole and weston super mare.
All staff that we saw on site were very welcoming.
Conveniently situated off junction 25 of the M5, the Holiday Inn Taunton M5, Jct25, is between the cities of Exeter and Bristol and less than an hour away from both.

Location excellent. Staff were helpful. Rooms looked like a little lack of attention to detail . Stained bathroom surface, towel rail over the toilet , kettle cord would fail a Pap test as single insulated cables exposed. No bin liner in the bin
Restaurant good with a nice meal

We were allocated another hotel due to the Holiday Inn being refurbed, however the replacement was excellent, we stayed at the Hotel Ibis, Bridgewater, we had 1 twin & 1 double connecting rooms which were amazing. Loved the "industrial" feel and look of the decor. Breakfast was slow and had to wait for food to be replenished, however it was very good.
Just off junction 25 of the M5, this contemporary hotel combines good value, modern accommodation and friendly service with a convenient location for exploring Taunton and Somerset.
