I couldn't fault the cleanliness and location of the property, 15 minutes down the road from Legoland and half an hour away from Chessington which was perfect for us! Parking was ok but had to move the car a few times as the spaces are limited. The hosts seemed easy enough to get on with and made checking in a breeze, even warmed up the property for our arrival! The property soon heated up with the two heaters if you felt cold. I would definitely recommend it to someone and I would stop here again.

It is a lovely hotel in a very nice location .The rooms and the common areas are very tastefully decorated and are clean.The staff are very efficient , friendly and caring .The bar and the restaurant are exceptional.There are two electric vehicle charging points which is a bonus We will keep going back.Highly recommended .

All the staff. Especially: Jonathan, Krish, Rupinder, Abdul and all other ladies at the front desk (sorry, i did not take their names). All of them are very helpful and provide service with a smile!
Breakfast restaurant: omelette lady from Jammu is fantastic, i think she makes omelette and fried eggs for at least 300 people daily. I must say, she does with a smile, always helpful! Restaurant staff from Goa are all good and extremely helpful!
