Great food and drink having stayed for an evening meal and breakfast. A very friendly and relaxed environment to stay. Comfortable beds and a well presented room, which represented good value for money. Easy to park outside but this could be limited when busy but parking is available elsewhere.

Our room was enormous, very comfortable and full of history. It included a sitting area with sofa and table. Excellent breakfast. Beautifully fresh fruit salad with locally produced muesli and perfectly cooked bacon sausage poached eggs etc. Lovely white China and white tablecloths and vases of wild flowers. The garden is absolutely stunning, immaculately well kept and a sun trap.
Although the bathroom is separate, it’s not a problem at all as you literally come out of the bedroom door and the bathroom is opposite. A dressing gown is also provided. I would be very happy to stay again or recommend to anyone thinking of booking. Thank you to Manor the host and his wife for a great stay.
East Quay is offering accommodation in Watchet. It is located 12 km from Dunster Castle and features a lift. The apartment provides sea views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available.

Unfortunately I was unable to eat a full breakfast as I had early appointments on both days I stayed there. Had I been able to leave at a more civilized hour I am sure the breakfast provided would have been up to the standard I expect. The next time I sdtay there I will ensure I stay for breakfast.
