The architecture inside the Hall was stunning.

The architecture inside the Hall was stunning. We were able to walk around and admire it all due to there not being a function on. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and for breakfast. We had an overnight stay and enjoyed using the leisure facilities which were top class.

The staff service, they were very polite, outdoor seating area, no smoking signs in place, allocated smoking area for smokers, comfortable bed, and wooden flooring, which helps with myself suffering from allergies. Tv with instructions on information about the hotel. And comfortable chairs in hotel room and in the bar and restaurant. Easy access for everyone, a choice of 2 seats in a room, black out curtains to help keep the sunshine out on a hot day, white nets to prevent bugs entering the room. A safety hair dryer.

Good location (close to M6) was the main reason I chose the property as I was up in the Crewe area for business. The hotel which is located in the midst of a golf club is perfectly passable and staff were very helpful and pleasant. However the price point for an advertised 3 star property was higher than one might expect particularly given the basic facilities in the rooms.

I just stayed one night but Chris and the team made me feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt really looked after. Chris has a natural bonhomie and clearly is very good at what he does, and the other staff members were lovely too The decor is to a high standard and breakfast was very good and freshly cooked I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Convenient to the places I wished to visit in Crewe. Good car parking facilities. Meal portions were generous and good quality. Good selection of Breakfast options and each 'main' course individually cooked. Bed comfortable and considering the hotel central situated reasonably quiet.
