Stayed in one of the lodges and the lodge had all the comforts of home. It was warm, comfortable and gave us work space as well as relaxation space.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The first thing that stood out to me was the incredibly warm welcome from the staff upon arrival. Throughout my stay, their friendliness and courtesy never wavered, making me feel like a valued guest at every interaction. Whether it was the front desk or the restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The level of attentiveness and genuine care demonstrated by the staff truly elevated my stay to a memorable one. It's clear that exceptional hospitality is deeply ingrained in the culture of this establishment, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with outstanding service.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was very large (think we had a disabiliy-friendly room so everything was very spacious)

The Sussex market town of Crawley is just south of Gatwick Airport, London’s 2nd busiest passenger terminal after Heathrow.
Its train station has direct connections to Gatwick, as well as to Victoria Station in London to the north, and Brighton to the south. Set roughly midway between the 2 cities, the town has long been an important stopping place. One of its 17th-century coaching inns, the George Hotel, still exists under the name of the Ramada Crawley Gatwick and is available on Booking.com.
However, the town’s history dates back much further than that. Records show it as being a market town as early as the 13th century, and its central Goffs Park has a museum containing some Stone Age remains found here.
Tilgate Park to the south has a lake, nature reserve and one of Crawley’s 3 golf courses. The town’s other leisure activities include bowling, a movie theater and a collection of restaurants and pubs. The shopping street is a mix of historic buildings and modern shops, and more stores are found at Crawley County Mall.
Practically all of the Crawley hotels, guesthouses and country houses provide parking and a few also have features such as swimming pools and gyms.

Nice enough satellite town for London.
Nice enough satellite town for London. Did not stay long enough to get a thorough insight into the place. Seems busy but not hectic. Couple of nice galleria/mall type places and a really good chippy just off the town centre.

Historic town with character, real ale houses and many local shops, good rail and bus transport links and detailed town maps, great little daily market next to large shopping centre at train and bus stations recommend Dixies chicken it was delish and a rival for KFC. The snooty Fox at three bridges station has great ales and friendly bar staff.

Everything was just perfect a classic authentic looking pub style hotel with very cozy fire place in the dining room and very comfy and cozy rooms. A pity there is no meal service as this place screams for a Sunday roast and the classics on a menu as a steak with 3 choice sauces, a pizza, a burger, a crab cake with greens, a classic fish and chips with mushy peas and tartar and two salads.
That would make it the place to be with everything it needs (this is my personal opinion also taking in mind I am a private chef)

The rooms were clean as were the public areas. Staff were friendly and polite. However, whilst the food was good it was of a low standard and offered at an outrageous cost....b/fast was a plentiful buffet but £16 was steep.

Trivelles Gatwick Hotel was disgusting The 200 meter driveway was flooded which disguised the massive pot holes all the way down the drive the underside of my car scraped at least twice. The pictures of the palce must have been taken when first renovated which must have been somme time ago as it is very tired now. the bed linen was stained, it looked like someone has blown their nose on it, and I saw at least 3 cockroaches on the desk.
Nothing really as bed was comfortable shower adequate Gino the owner helpful and friendly and makes a brilliant breakfast made me feel at home.
Family in Crawley and travel regularly so will rebook more often when in the area to depart to visit the next day.
Can catch the number 2 bus from Ifield shops into Crawley Town centre and then many buses there takes you to Gatwick. Accommodation 12 minutes walk from Ifield shops.
Look on Google maps and that will help you find your way from Ifield shops if walking or arriving via bus or driving.
This quaint inn is located in a 300+ year old building that has been beautifully updated, while preserving its charm. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful and the location near Gatwick made it easy for our purposes. All of this and it is an incredibly good value! We only got to stay one night, but are ready to come back for a longer visit! Skip the cold, charmless, expensive airport hotels and stay here! You will be glad you did. 🙂
Me and my partner have stayed a few times in Crawley but never hear but so glad we did. Hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly and always had a smile on there faces. Value for money if you can’t afford London etc. Hotel is a 10mins walk to Three Bridges with train links to London and Brighton. Town centre is also a 10min walk. Very happy with our stay and will be back again. Thank you.
Room was a great size and quiet - you couldn't hear any noise from other rooms or the airport itself. We had 3 rooms and they were all equally clean, spacious and same standard in each room. Very easy to get to from the airport. We had some drinks in the bar, the staff were super friendly across the whole hotel. We didn't include breakfast but ate at the costa at reception.
Fabulous bedroom, with sofa, microwave, fridge, widescreen TV, and bath & shower, plus Aircon, very quiet and spotlessly clean. The staff were great, the receptionist Anastasija helped us with a non hotel related problem which was greatly appreciated. Easy walking distance to Three Bridges railway station for trains or buses to town centre.
Receptionist was very helpful and friendly! We stayed for just 1 night as it was close to the airport and the cheapest hotel we could find and for the price it is very good for a quick stay. It had tea, coffee and water available in the room and the bed was comfy and clean!
There was a bed linen looked clean , the microwave, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, fan, fridge, towels, hotel shower gel and a small selection of hot drinks available in the room. Room was spacious and lighting was adequate. The bathroom was clean.
I loved the quaintness of the hotel. Very quiet, very clean. This is an old farmhouse so it has that old-fashioned charm. We stayed 1 night. Complimentary taxi phone in lobby and breakfast. Close to LGW airport
I have stayed at the George Hotel numerous times. The location is fine as my friends and family live in Crawley and it is very central. Normally I have no issues, even with the corona restrictions imposed.
Very hotel room. Good food in restaurant and bar. easy check-in and out. Convenient to Gatwick airport but you need to drive. Magement staff is very caring and friendly. Would stay there again.
the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. the restaurant staff were amazing. it’s beautifully designed and well furnished. never been in a hotel with such happy, helpful employees
perfect for a night away, would actually loved to have stayed longer.
was a little treat for grandson as loves a hotel with swimming pool.
this could not of been any better…
