Very clean and comfortable, little skeptical about the continental breakfast in the room, but turned out to be a very good selection and a really great idea. Host was a delight to talk to.

On arrival it looks as though you are entering a run down set of farm buildings, you pass through the gate and enter an oasis of perfection, I cannot fault this location and if in the area in future I would hope to stay there again.
There are limited facilities for eating on site but there are plenty a places to eat in many establishments in the area.

The rectory farm annexe was a wonderful place to stay.
The rectory farm annexe was a wonderful place to stay. My partner and I were attending a wedding at Holywell Hall which is only a few miles away, so this was perfect location. I would recommend bringing a car if possible as it’s quite out in the sticks- but Barney and Annabel were extremely helpful with infos on taxis, which we pre booked and had no issues with. They were also super friendly, and on hand if I needed anything. The annexe itself was spotless, there were lovely breakfast options and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in! Couldn’t rate it highly enough, we had a wonderful stay here.
