The room was so lovely and the bed was really really comfortable. I could have slept in it all weekend (including the day). The staff were super attentive and answered any question I had with a smile. I honestly would not stay anywhere else if I was visiting the area again. Its also close to the train station and shops/restaurants for all budgets.

They was very helpful from from the start and noticed my partner a difficulties walking so there's swap the rooms around so is near the fourier as she is a blue bed holder there's very polite and nothing was too much trouble for the staff

Generally, everything is good. Facilities reached expectations. Staffs are ok, only one male staff at reception is really doing his job with hospitality. unluck it was too hot, and the room was quite muggy.

The location is great- direct connectivity to Central London by train in just 20 minutes. Train station is very close to the property. The facilities are great. The staff take great care of you. Manoj is a wonderful staff member- he is very hospitable and always works with a smile on his face. The breakfast is good.
