The location was perfect, the property was finished to a very high standard. The decor was just beautiful, it was equipped with everything you need. The house was spotlessly clean. Perfect in every way.

There isn’t much to see, especially during the winter… but it was alright, and it was exciting enough for a 4 day long stay. It’s quite easy to get around, though, and the bus stop is close to the hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Cookstown.
We had a very enjoyable stay at Cookstown. I will be back at some stage as we did not get to see or visit everything we wanted too!!! The shops are in one long stretch each side of the road and there are plenty of shops. No matter where we had lunch or dinner it was always excellent.

Having left Cookstown 60 years ago it was a delight to return, we were so happy with the hospitality extended to us in Belfast House but the people we met. Able to chat of people and happenings of long long ago. We visited the well kept graveyards where my mother and father were buried
and went to the beautiful Drum Manor Park. There were so many things of interest, we visit the Bard of Armaghs ancient burial ground, Killymoon Castle etc. Simply a beautiful place to viist.

I stayed here with friends to attend a wedding in Cookstown. The apartment was amazing, spotlesslessly clean, beautifully decorated, it had everything you could need. The bed I think is the comfiest I have stayed in, the shower was also fabulous. The apartment is exactly as it says pure luxury! The host was great and made the entire process so easy from key collection, to messaging to check all was okay. The only downside was not staying long enough. Will definitely return in the future
A group of four of us stayed at the Royal for six nights B&B, we also had two evening meals there. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. All the food was excellent and delicious, good portion sizes, quality and excellently cooked and served. All the staff were lovely, professional, and efficient. Shaun in the Squires Lounge, could not do more to help us in every way. Keep up the good work and thank you all. We will definitely return to The Royal next time we return Cookstown.
Comfortable B&B style hotel. Cosy room and nice breakfast, with helpful staff.
Definitely exceeded our expectations. Several years ago, was not considered as a place to stay - but clearly the owners/management have refurbished the rooms relatively recently to be now acceptably comfortable.
Street parking in side street was easy.
Nice place and friendly people. Breakfast was great! Spent only one night but would use it again if we need something in the area. Cookstown had some good places to eat too.
