We booked a last minute get away with 4 children and we got lucky! We've stayed at some beautiful hotels, hotels that are more modern and new but they are never as clean as this hotel is. From entering the door the place is immaculate. We had a lovely quiet stay. Very comfortable would definitely recommend. Thank you for having us x

Fantastically located in the centre. Absolutely spotless. Bed super comfy and bedroom felt like my own! Staff very welcoming and the bar area is great!
We had an enjoyable stay. It was comfortable with good views, close to the canal towpath which provided the opportunity for a walk. Very pleasant beer garden, and ample parking.
The restaurant had a varied lunch/dinner menu.

Condor Green is a good location to visit the nearby city of Lancaster and its castle, priory and the Williamson Gardens, it is also only a 15 minute drive to the interesting market town of Garstang with its canal walks, castle ruins and Wrye river walks.
The Stork pub at Condor Green has friendly bar staff and a warm welcoming atmosphere serving good food using locally sourced ingredients.
On the canal walk from The Mill at Condor Green to Glasson Dock it is possible to see local wild life , farm animals and many birds including swans and kingfishers.

This is a fabulous place to visit. The staff are excellent.
This is a fabulous place to visit. The staff are excellent. They make you feel as if you are coming home!! The food is excellent. Although we all took a walk along the tow path of the canal we did not look at the surrounding area. This is something we must do in the summer. I would say anyone staying here would have a brilliant time.

I stayed here because a relative lived close by and we were celebrating a birthday so this was not a holiday in the true sense. I know Conder Green well and it is very quiet and useful for walking particularly canal walking. Easy reach of |Glasson Dock and Lancaster. Ate at The Mill for convenience. The food was good but in my opinion a little more like a pub than it was a few years ago, when it was a first class restaurant.

Location next to the canal was very tranquil, food was simple but of good quality and variety, service was friendly. My room was a little tired but adequate, nothing some tLC could not remedy. Overall good value for the price.
second time staying here as it is convenient for visiting our daughter at Lancaster Uni. Staff and food great.
The room we stayed in this time was not as nice as one stayed in previously and had a very tired bathroom with a shower over bath that was not very powerful and had a damp smelling shower curtain that stuck to you whilst you showered.
We would definitely come back but we would check which room was available before booking
Lovely hotel in a great location on the canal. We were greeted by a very friendly lovely lady on reception. Public spaces were very nice with attractive decor. We stayed for one night and had lovely weather - lovely sunset with a drink on the patio. Fabulous breakfast with lots of choice and food was lovely. We had a lovely view from our bedroom. Lots of parking available.
Everything! We always stay at The Mill when visiting Lancaster (4+ visit). Never disappoints, even through trials of past 18 months.
Nice to get almost full breakfast service back, though the breakfast box supplied during pandemic was superior to anything offered by other hotels.
The location was really nice off the beaten track but only 10 mins from lancaster, the staff were really good , and very helpful , and really friendly, the food is the real star of the show, the chef, knows what they are doing ,and the menu's covered all the bases
Helpful friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Hotel is hidden away which adds to its tranquil atmosphere, a hidden gem if you’re looking for somewhere off the beaten track, yet a stones throw from the M6 and Lancaster. The signature beef dish was delicious.
Food was excellent, friendly staff. Disabled friendly hotel, highly recommended for disabled people in a wheelchair or a mobility scooter. Lovely location.
