Location is good, and an excellent pub nearby.

Location is good, and an excellent pub nearby. However, the parking was a small hard standing between the annexe and the road, not a 'drive' as the information claimed. The gateway was narrow too. Whilst the property was mostly clean and adequately equipped, there were a lot of cobwebs. The shower is unsafe as the on-off switch does not always work, and it lacks a seal on the door. The wood-burner is unsafe as the handle comes off and the door is not properly insulated. We couldn't fathom how to turn on the radiators. The patio is overgrown and looks slippery, and the pond in the garden is hidden by vegetation. Attention to these matters would make it much more attractive, as it has potential.
